6-Week Mat Beginner Series
New to Pilates? This is where you start. With this introductory course, you will learn the basic principles of Pilates and learn how to apply them to the essential level mat exercises. Learn modifications that work for your posture because not everyone was made the same. This mat-based workout is designed to help participants develop leaner, longer-looking muscles, establish core strength and stability, and heighten mind-body awareness. Come try it out and see what all the hype is about!!
