This 6-week small group series is designed specifically for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. Combining targeted Pilates-based movement with expert-informed education, this program helps you better understand your body—and how to support it through this stage of life.

Created in collaboration with Dr. Alison Shea, Menopause & Bone Health Expert, this series goes beyond movement, offering practical tools to help manage common symptoms like low energy, joint stiffness, muscle loss, sleep disruption, and changes in metabolism.

Over the 6 weeks, you’ll focus on:

  • Core and pelvic floor support

  • Strength and bone health

  • Metabolism and muscle

  • Mobility and joint health

  • Stress, sleep, and nervous system support

Each session is designed to help you feel stronger, more confident, and more in control of your body.

Program Details:

  • Wednesdays at 7:00 PM

  • April 29 – June 3 (6 weeks)

  • Small group setting

  • No experience needed
