- Open to all ages and levels; no Pilates experience necessary.

EXPRESS Jump on the Reformer
Clients who have not done a Private Orientation or Reformer Classes must take a Free EXPRESS Reformer Demo before participating. Contact the studio for our next Reformer Demo class.
Suitable for all ages and levels. Jump EXPRESS amps up the intensity of a Reformer workout by incorporating cardiovascular fitness using the Reformer Jump board! This unique workout provides a cardio challenge that has a low impact on the joints but a high calorie burn for your waistline. Rebounding will build strength and stability while improving circulation and heart health, decreasing stress hormone, and stimulating the lymphatic system for a detoxifying boost.
EXPRESS Sculpt & Tone
The most efficient workout available, EXPRESS Sculpt & Tone Training focuses on all elements of fitness: stability, endurance, strength, agility, and flexibility by putting your entire body to work in power intervals that utilize props like toning balls, strength tubing, stability balls and BOSUs. Activate your metabolism effectively; research shows that 30 min of interval training gives more results that an hour on the tread mill. These results-driven sessions will show themselves in weeks and you'll feel energized for the office.
EXPRESS Cardio BarreStructured around the Pilates principals of movement, EXPRESS Cardio Barre infuses an all-level Barre workout with High Intensity Interval Training to boost your cardio and strength training regimen. This class works through movements to music while focusing on specific areas of the body like the core, back, glutes, arms, and legs. This 30 minute all-level class will leave you feeling energized and motivated and a little sweaty! Your cardio endurance will increase and your metabolism will respond to the interval type programming. Expect a workout! No dance experience necessary.
