"I rocked the Pilates challenge at Studio Zee and I feel great. Pilates has balanced my muscle imbalances and I've gained strength, tone and stability throughout the last two months. I really encourage everyone to try it. Go to a place with fantastic instructors like Studio Zee though it makes all the difference." - Jennie

"I loved the 30-class challenge because it helped me set a goal and helped me stick to it! The workshops gave me a more in-depth understanding of pilates and gave insight about the different aspects of pilates, like the reformer. Those 60 days were a bit more challenging than I originally thought, but seeing my body get stronger was really encouraging and the atmosphere at the studio made it easy to stick with it. It was really rewarding when I finished the challenge and I encourage anyone interested in pilates to challenge themselves to the 30-class challenge! Thanks, Laura"
