Sustainable Weight Loss Workshop; join Mary Cranmer-Byng, Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Educator, and one of our STOTT Pilates Instructors for a fun and tasty workshop about unlocking the power of food. This workshop will explore 5 topics about food and leave you with practical ways to improve your nutrition and that of those you love.
